There are literally thousands of different crystals.
Peg works with many of them, or should She say they work with and through me? Since she first got interested in these shiny rocks, they talk to her, and she feels something different from each one. They help show Peg which ones to use for certain sitiations or clients.
When Peg gets a new stone she will look it up and find out what that crystal is good for and which of the chakras to use them on. Plus Peg will listen to and trust her instinct. She will also spend time in meditation and carring it in her pocket for a while and see how it feels.

Which means Peg receive psychic information through knowing, simply put Peg know things and can't explain why, you just do. Information just seems to pour into her head (downloads).
